Thanks for any help in advance. Hopefully this is the right place for this question.

Our organization has a group of about 50 email addresses that are used for customer communication. We want to send a copy of all incoming and outgoing messages to one mailbox that I will monitor programatically.

I've talked to numerous archiving software companies and they all use journaling to archive all emails and then store the data in a proprietary database.

Is there a way in Exchange to simply specify a block of email addresses and have all incoming and outgoing messages copied to a single mailbox?

There is nothing in bulk that can be done.
If it is for internal email only then you could put a forward on each email address and have them forwarded to another mailbox.
If it for both internal and external then you will need to use journaling or selective journaling from ivasoft.biz.

Simon.
