just need help my company setup is like that one pdc is working at 2000 machine which specs are very low 256 MB ram 2.4GHz procesor etc. exchange 5.5 is running at another server. i deployed a new ADC which is better then pdc . now i want to setup new adc server as pdc and demote old PDC server. is that thing effect my exchange server and if it is then how to prevent from this issue. remember my SMTP  server is wokring on another machine

No it shouldn't affect it much, but you should see some improvement in response times esp with authentication.

Do not forget to move the FSMO roles over to the new DC.

You should transfer all FSMO roles to new adc and also make sure your AD dns zones are replicated properly.
