Hi,

Hope you can help... I've searched over the internet and have tried making the changes like the websites say, but I still cannot set the out of office assistant in Outlook 2007.

The error I receive is as follows:
"Your Out of Office settings cannot be displayed. because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later."

I would really appreciate it if someone could help me resolve this as its getting quite frustrating

Thanks in advance

Have you enable it in EMC? under org config -> hub transport -> remote domains and the default?

By any chance are the users that are having the issue also Blackberry Enterprise Server users?

Hello,

Do you have autodiscover configured for your domain?

Do you have a public folder database?

Outlook 2007 relies on the Web Services in Exchange 2007, without autodiscover, Outlook is left in the dark.

The users are all BES,

I think I have web-services configured correctly, how can I check?

In order for Out of Office to work, AutoDiscover must be configured properly. To test if configured, run TEST-OUTLOOKWEBSERVICES from the exchange management shell.

Also look through the following thread.

Delpaggio,

I'm having the same issue as well.  I think I have it narrowed down to a permissions issue within IIS7, but i'm still working on the specifics.  I did a post that was looking for help with this too, so if I hear back anything, i'll post it here as well.

Is the certificate in use publicly purchased or created by an internal certificate authority?
