Hi, I have an issue when accessing my OWA. I need to type the IP address\owa to access my owa instead of type the server name. Every time I type the servername\owa, it say the page is unavailable?

Dear friend, you need to configure DNS properly in your DC, create host records for the exchange server.

The problem is solved, for internal, my clients are able to type ExchangeServerName/owa to access. Now the problem is external users. I have configured the IIS and the firewall to pass through port 443 and the local Exchange Server, but, we still unable to connect to our exchange server. Any Idea, Please Help Thanks

Does it work unsecurely using port 80 within IIS externally? 2. Can you connect using https://<ExternalIP>/exchange ? also try http://<ExternalIP>/exchange:443 3. You've probably already done this one, but reboot Server and/or restart all of IIS. 4. Tick require 128bit encryption within Exchange IIS tab, then directory security. 5. Check your authentication tabs to ensure that annonymous auth and windows auth are enabled. 6.

May I know where to find Exchange IIS? 6. Checked. Let's me clarify my problem, We are using Symantec Gateway Security 5400 Series V2.0.1. We already open the port 110 POP3, Port 25 SMTP, Port HTTP and port HTTPS. Please advice, Thank
