I have a Exchange 2007 server using Postini to transmit my mail.  For some reason, 90% of my employee's emails are going right to my customer's spam folder.  I checked on mxtoolbox and see that we have not been added to any blacklists (I checked my server mail server WAN IP as well as the MX records for Postini).

I have submitted a request on the Yahoo Postmaster page, but I see all kinds of infiormation on their site to use Domainkeys.

Should i do this?  How hard is it to do?  Do I have to do it or is there something else I can do?

Well DomainKeys is a Yahoo's implementation of email spam reducing technology like SenderID (See RFC 4870 for Domain keys). When you say the mails are going  right in to Junk mails folder, it the recipient domain and mail servers hosted by yahoo?

What is the SCL rating for the mails from your domain?

If SCL rating is higher, check with the recipient to see that your domain is in whitelist or something like that.

Implementing DomainKeys while it si good, should not be required for a mail to go through normally.

What abt Gmail ??
Gmail has one of the best Spam filter.

Check to see of your employees email are getting delivered properly to Gmail.

If yes, Yahoo Postmaster should give an answer to your query.
