I need to have all users on an Exchange 2000 server have access to check email via POP3.

POP3 is configured on the server (and has been for some time).  If a new user is added, works without an issue.

However, existing accounts will not connect.  I've reviewed a new and old account tab by tab and cannot determine what the difference is - although I am by no means an exchange expert.

Am I missing something?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
