Hi,

Please enable smtp logging:

- open the EMC
- select the HUB server
- select the send connector
- set the logging level to verbose

Reproduce the issues and set the logging level back to the original level and post the log here.

Hi,

It looks like it some kind of DNS configuration issue on your side:

Recipient address rejected: Valid DNS required on connecting IP

Can you send me a private message with your domainname ? Then I can check somethings.

Hi,

I've checked you settings but it looks like their is something strange with your PTR record. Some DNS servers give a good reply while others are not.

Did you changed it a few hours ago ?

If so please wait 48 hours and try again to send mail to the specified domain.

Hi All,

The issue has been resolved by contact ISP to create PTR record pointing your WAN IP address If you don't know your WAN IP address, simply go to www.whatismyip.com

Thanks,
Cyberlei
