Problem seeing posts to public folder calendar

Hi

We have a single exchange 2003 server and I've created a public folder shared calendar. An AD user group has access as Publishing Editor and can add items to the calenar. However they cannot see all the posts of other users. They can see some of them but there are others that only the publisher can see. The default permissions are in place.
Can anyone give me a clue as to why? The client is outlook 2003 SP3.

I should maybe add that some users access Outlook through Citrix.

As a follow-up, I've created a shared calendar called viod unit calendar, but it's now appearing as Viod Unit Calendat, void unit calendar in mailbox - user1 and void unit calendar in mailbox - user2
