I'm sure this subject has been discussed at length, but I can't find the answer I need.
I couldn't get OA to work with my self signed cert as it was for the site internal.mysite.local, and the site I was going to externally was external.mysite.com, so I followed these instructions from www.kirkouimet.com

New-ExchangeCertificate -PrivateKeyExportable $True -Services “IMAP, POP, IIS, SMTP” -SubjectName “cn=external.mysite.com"

Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Thumbprint [THUMBPRINT FROM NEW CERT]
Export-ExchangeCertificate -Thumbprint [THUMBPRINT FROM NEW CERT] -Path C:\Certificate.pfx -Password:(Get-Credential).password

All Great! I could now use OA....until I realised that everyone that is internal was now getting a certificate error as the cert was now for external.mysite.com and they were pointing at internal.mysite.local, so after a little panicking I repeated the above commands replacing the cn= with internal.mysite.local so Internal wasn't getting the cert error anymore, but now I am back to a broken OA.

How do I get a cert that will let me connect from external and internal and not complain about the name?
I'm sure this must be obvious as almost all companies are like this, but I can't figure it out.
