no doubt buddy, not just a beer but a 12 packs. anytime or if you in Raleigh, NC just let me know, we can hang out...and pay my duty...

It asked me the bridgehead server, so I specified the 2003FE instead of the 2003 Exchange Virtual Server.
let me see what I get for Get-ReoutingGroupConnector...

BTW, Do I have to create a "New Mail Exchanger (MX)" record in my AD DNS server? if yes, which server should I point it to?

I deleted the existing route that was created by the installation and create a new route.

New-RoutingGroupConnector -Name "Interop RGC" -SourceTransportServers "MSX2007BE.Mydomain.com" -TargetTransportServers "IceMan.Mydomain.com" -Bidirectional $true  -Cost 10

and it's still unable to send. I check the event log and this is what i get for error.

check this

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/ee/transform.aspx?ProdName=Exchange&ProdVer=8.0&EvtID=5015&EvtSrc=MSExchangeTransport&LCID=1033

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrdeploy/thread/0b67213a-e5ae-4a89-be67-9c23024f4636

make sure that the following services are running on all exchange2k7 servers
1.microsoft Exchange active directory topology service
2.microsoft exchange transport service

try to restart them and see
