How to clear/delete existing email address in To box in OWA?

Hi,

Type in a part of the address, select the address if multiple entries are shown by pressing the down key. Press the delete key.

if you want to clear everthing you can use OWA light:

a. Log in to mailbox using Outlook Web Access Light

b. Go to Options -> Messaging

c. Under Email Name Resolution, click "Clear Most Recent Recipients List"
