How do you locate the source IP of an internal email?

We are trying to locate where an email is being sent from within our network. To test this out, I sent myself an email. I then went into the cas/hub server and checked message tracking. I can see that the IP source is the mail server. I performed Message Tracking on the mail server, and it does not show the originating IP address of the outlook client.

Is there anyway to do this?

Hi,

The Mails from the client to HUB tx server is being submitted over MAPI not SMTP so this can not be tracked from message tracking logs.

To track the outlook Client IP use ExMon latest version which may work with exchange 2007.
