i am using microsoft office outlook web access and i am unable to paste any photo directly in message writing box (like print scr image paste), is there any way from which i can paste an image in write message box..

Hi,

It can be done but in that case you will need to implement s/mime. Check this article on Technet what the pro's and con's are and decide if you want to implement it:
