I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere, but I have searched endlessly in a number of forums.  I am running Outlook2007/MS Exchange2007 on a Windows XP machine.  I have been having problems connecting to my Exchange Server (through 4smartphone.com) for over a year.  Using a utility called Outlook Profile Helper and resetting my profile, I can "fix" the situation, but it is only temporary (lasting a few weeks to a few months).  It is quite annoying to reenter all of my information for my pop accounts every time and so I have decided to find a real fix.
I have enabled logging, done a PST scan (no problems) and I think it is an OST problem.  When I try to run scanost.exe, it says that it can't connect and I can't figure out why.  Three of the events in particular are as follows:
1.The store C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook6.ost has detected a catalog checkpoint rollback.
2.The description for Event ID ( 39 ) in Source ( Outlook ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer.
3.The store C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook6.ost is being reconciled with the indexer for the following reason: The store was last opened on a different machine.
I am really at wit's end and welcome any and all suggestions.  I have tweaked almost every setting at some point or another.  Thanks in advance.
