Exchange 2007 SP1

My User sends to Recipient & Recipient Receives Message
Recipient Replies & My User Receives Message

When my user replies to that reply the message bounces back with following information:

recipient@recipientsdomain.com
Servername.recipientsdomain.com #<Servername.recipientsdomain.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused> #SMTP#

This is not only happening with this domain, it's also happening with Messagelabs clients but the bounce is different

I've read through their support but have had no luck. Also, I am NOT on any Blacklists.

I can provide more information if needed.

Hi,

Please check the following things:

- is the ptr record in your external DNS correctly
- does the ehlo/helo your send connector send the correct external
fqdn
