Hi, I've got an interesting problem. I have a web app that is generating an e-mail with contact information when customers fill out the page. that email is being deleted by IMF about 95% of the time. I've added the sender to the safe sender list, I've tried adding the IP of the server generating the message and everything else I can think of to whitelist it but it keeps getting blocked. Does anyone have any idea's as to why this may be happening?

With Exchange 2003 Service Pack 2 Microsoft introduced their spam detection tool "Intelligent Message Filter" (IMF) as a built in component of Exchange. Previously it was available as a optional extra.
