Hi All,
Is there any way to restrict FEW USERS from sending mails to internet with attachment? But the same users should be able send mails with attachment internally. Either the mails with attachment should not go or the attachment should get removed before it�s relayed to internet.

Please let me know if there is any solution for this within exchange 2003 or using any third party tools

hi mate,

you can block those attachment by some sort of email software like GFI, or relay server where you can filter on the basis of extension.. or Exchgne AV aware
