if any one can help to solve this problem

de.blackman -> RE: Outlook Web Access did not initialize (18.Sep.2009 9:41:39 AM)

Can you make sure all your exchange services set to automatic are started?
Are any errors being generated in the application logs of the server?

I assume you are running SP1 for Exchange 2007? What update rollup for Exch2K7SP1 do you have installed? Try rebooting the server and check the application logs for any exchange related errors or warnings being generated. Post the results back.

Also I noticed you are trying https://localhost/owa. Can you please try https://servername.local.domain/owa?

Check in IIS server Authentication.
