hi
my client has requested a list of external contacts ,over a thousand and accessible to all
first i thought of public folders, and got as far as exporting an excle list of contacts then moving to a public folder, but i dont believe it will work properly, as i can see the folder im my public folder list, but when i create mew message i cant see the contacts under any public folders, actually the dialog box for public folders is completly empty.
is there another option like second global addresss book, or another way
any help appreciated
