Hi,

Checked some things:

asu.edu.jo MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.asu.edu.jo
mail.asu.edu.jo internet address = 217.29.240.7

This is OK but what is missing is the PTR record, this is used by other mailservers for doing a reverse lookup.

So to fix this create a PTR record in your external DNS for your mailserver and the issue should be solved.
