Hi,

We have 4 exchange : 2 x hub/cas Excnaheg 2007 SP2 and 2 MSCS MBX Server also on Exchange 2007 SP2

Our Client use Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2003 with last SP

We have a strange problem. When an user send e-mail via Outlook 2007/2003 (MAPI) and attach an-e mail as item attachment , the recipient receive only the mail, the attachment are missing but in the send items of the sender, the mail with the attachment is present.

I have tried to change Rich text format to HTML on Outlook mail format...etc not solved.
I have also disable the rich-text format on Exchange HUB... not solved. (Organization configuration/Hub transport/default/default properties/format of original message sent as attachment to journal report/Exchange rich-text format/never use)

How i can resolved this problem ?

Do you have any virusscanner or something installed on your Exchange box ?

Hi,

We have no virusscaner or something in Mailbox Server. Our MBX server manage 2000 clients via MAPI connections...

Hi,

The problem has been resolved.

Solution : I have set the Exchange OAL Auditing level to Lowest (Auditing feature become with SP2)... That's it.

Very strange.
