Hi,

One of my user missing all last month emails in inbox. When i checked in Exchange Server the email still at Store Drive. How to retrieve the emails back?Why the email is missing?

hi mate,

When you can see the mail in the exchange server - does it mean you have see through OWA or outlook application.

Did user's mailbox configured with PST option if then you need to move those email into PST

Another things which i can thing of Archiving where it will basically store the old emails based on the retention period.

Is it maybe only a problem with a view in outlook? Had the same issue with a user.

I can see the email when i do message tracking. I already check view problem everything is okay. Any idea how to retrieve the emails from Exchange server?
