Greetings all - first time post, so please bear with me if I have posted to the wrong area.

I have a client with an SBS2008 server, includes Exchange 07.

They are a member of a "chain" or group, so have a primary email address @company.com.

They also have their own domain @domain.com which is currently setup and working on the exchange '07 server.

The parent company will be forwarding emails from company.com to domain.com, but the client also wants to be able to send emails from their outlook client by typing email@company.com into the from field.

How do I setup Exchange '07 so that users can send from both email addresses - they currently are getting a "permission denied" type of error message.

Thanks to all in advance ...
Jason

At the @company.com end under exchange an authoratitative domain must be created which will accept mails for @domain.com but if the mails are forwarded then you can skip this
An email address policy must be set so that both the mail address populates on every users smtp address.
