Hi All,

I'm having problems viewing message tracking logs and was wondering whether anybody could please help? Basically when I try to view the message tracking logs using the utility provided with the EMC no data is displayed. I don't get any errors or warnings I am just informed that there are no results.
Our config is as follows:
Mailbox server role running on Server 2008 SCC cluster with Exchange 2007 08.01.0240.006.
Hub Transport & CAS roles running on Server 2008 with Exchange 2007 08.01.0240.006.

I've enabled message tracking on both the mailbox servers and the HUBCAS servers and have double checked the settings and all is OK. I’m a little confused by this, could someone please help?

Thanks
Andrew

I have the same trouble. The solution is to run any queries on the Hub Transport server itself, so that it can look at the logs in this folder:
c:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\TransportRoles \Logs\MessageTracking

Alternatively, you could copy the logs onto your machine and then run the query.
