Hello
Install CAS role first on each server or create the NLB first and then install the roles?
I intend on using virual servers using NLB or I have the option of using the F5 for Load Balancing.
Thank you

Hi,

If you can choose between them go for the F5. A hardware load-balancer works better as a software load-balancer.

Hi
Thank you for your response. So after I configure the F5 and the CAS nodes, I would use then create a CAS Array using cmdlet
New-ClientAccessArray?

Hi,

Indeed first install the CAS nodes then configure the load-balancer ander after that create the CAS array.

These should also help:

In a near future we'll also post an article showing you how to configure both WNLB and an external LB device to work with a CAS array.
