I have installed Exchange 2010 last week on Server 2008 R2, and today when I wanted to open the "MsExchange - premise" or "Add to exchange forest" It gives the following 2 errors:
Connecting to New Exchange Forest. The attempt to connect using HTTPS protocol "Kerberos" failed: Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The client cannot connect to the destination specified in the request. Verify that the service on the destination is running and is accepting requests. Consult the logs and documentation for the WS-Management service running on the destination, most commonly IIS or WinRM. If the destination is the WinRM service, run the following command on the destination to analyze and configure the WinRM service: "winrm quickconfig". For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic. The attempt to connect using HTTPS protocol "Basic" failed: Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client cannot process the request. Unencrypted traffic is currently disabled in the client configuration. Change the client configuration and try the request again. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting.... etc..
Yes on the server itself. as if Exchange 2010 is not opening anymore. However the mail system is working! I can send and receive emails without any problem. But I can't get inside Exchange 2010 configuration and management.

I already made my username part of all the groups that you could possibly imagine :) ex. Schema Master... And also tried logging in with the Administrator user account. nothing. Am thinking of removing it and reinstalling ... Might be a Microsoft bug.
After I formatted and setup everything like before, the problem still existed! I have found that I have stopped port 80 from IIS and thats why caused the Exchange not to connect and displays improper authentication.
***I enabled the port 80 again and everything is working fine!
