This seems to be an outdated exchange server issue. it behavor nomal now, the on line defrag tells me there 170G free space can be used for this mailstore, it must caused by a MS OS bug, but since this box is too old, and we are going to migrate to Exchange 2010 this year. we are not bother to install over 80 Windows updates patches.
