Currently I am running Exchange 07. All other emails aliases work internally and externally except one. I have search high and low. Check my one email policy :-) And everything seems fine. Any help or suggestions would be great. I get a 550 no such user from the outside.

-Thanks in advance.

The first thing to check is whether you have any sort of filter outside of Exchange.  Some filtering systems block inbound messages unless the recipient address is in a list.

Can you elaborate. I do have a spam service and have verified they are passing the email then the email comes back with my domains NDR

If your system is generating the NDR, then there should be a record of it in the SMTP log.

Try using Telnet to test send a message to that recipient address from your Exchange server, then from a different server.  Is the RCPT TO command accepted in both tests?

Thank you for everyone's help here. I tried to send an email to the alias via telnet with susses which brought be back to our hosted spam filtering service and sure enough they spelled the name wrong!!! Thank you for everyone's help. Great trouble shooting steps leading me to my answer.
