Hey everyone I am trying to install exchange 2010.
Have a Server 2003 Standard running Exchange 2003 now I am having a problem when I run setup /ps I get this for Exchange 2010

C:\Downloaded Upgrades\Exchange 2010>setup /ps
Welcome to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Unattended Setup
Press any key to cancel setup................
No key presses were detected.  Setup will continue.
Preparing Exchange Setup
Copying Setup Files              ......................... COMPLETED
No server roles will be installed
Performing Microsoft Exchange Server Prerequisite Check
 Organization Checks              ......................... FAILED
The Exchange organization is not in native mode.

The Exchange Server setup operation did not complete.
Exchange Server setup encountered an error.

now I have already upgrade it to exchange 2003 native but it does not seem to like that, both servers have been resarted and I have checked the settings suggested in the adsiedit.msc

Any help would be awesome

And how long did you wait before trying it again after upgrading the Exchange organization to native ?

Besides this you will need to start with Setup.com /PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions

For a tutorial have a look at the site below:
