Here is the scenario we are trying to accomplish:
1) caller calls into the company and reaches a secretary
2) caller wishes to leave a voicemail for the attorney that the secretary supports
3) Secretary transfers caller directly into the voicemail box of the attorney (as opposed to transferring the call to the attorney's phone . . . in other words, we do not want the phone to ring, but rather would like the caller to hear the greeting right away)

Is this possible in Exchange 2007 UM? I know steps 1 and 2 are on the phone system. But, is there a way to setup Exchange to allow step 3?

Thank you!
