I take it you are getting this error?

Id : 1013
Type : Error
Message : When contacting https://mail.hvcpa.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml
received the error A connection attempt failed because the connected
party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established
connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 24.97
.51.50:443

If you ping the external name, do you get the internal IP of the server returned or the external? If you perform an autodiscover test and a outlook anywhere test on http://testexchangeconnectivity.com what is the result from it? (legitimate ms siste. Best to use test credentials tho)
