Today after testing, and creating a new mailbox for Support, I was able to send emails back and forth from internal to external. And Visa Versa. I was able to send emails for about 35 minutes, and then 5 minutes after the last test email, it failed.

Relay connectors are all in good working order.

I can send internally without a problem.
Its receiving from External addresses that I'm getting routing errors.

Please help as this is now becoming a critical issue as my users cannot receive business important information.

Mail delivery reports all come back from internal to external saying that the mail has been accepted.

Error is:

The following message to <Cory.A****@*****.com> was undeliverable.

The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 554-'No relaying allowed - psmtp'

Information:
OS: Windows Server 2003 x64
Exchange: Exchange Server 2007
IP Address: Static - Dynamic
Blacklist: None
MX Records: Correct
DNS Routing: Correct

Anything else can be easily provided.

Your message post does not quite seem correct, or I misunderstand.

Receiving from External addresses that I am getting routing errors?
Do you actuall mean sending to external addresses?

Why are you using a relay connector? It is very frowned upon to use a routing connectors. You can use them, but if you do you can be blacklisted very quickly.

If you re using a relay through another SMTP server, perhaps they have changed their config to deny relay?

I think some information about your send connectors/relay connectors would be in order.

Adrian
