There is one user , mailbox has been automatically disabled by system as mailbox exceed limit.
I'm trying to empty mailbox with export-mailbox command. nothing happen.

there is one more user, unable to send because of the same problem.
I'm trying to empty mailbox again, but i could able to export .pst file but when i check mailbox's statistic, mails has not been deleted.

help me!!!!!

Take full perms on the mailbox, log in and delete obsolete items from it

I did take full permision.
you mean login throught OWA?

You can log in through Outlook as well once you have the full mailbox access

Take a full permission of the user mailbox and configured the user profile in the outlook and move all the e-mails to PST ...(Create a pst from control panel)

If you having the minimum domain admin rights for your domain.....End user Password is not required to open their mailbox

First way -Take full perms on the mailbox. Setup outlook to prompt for username and password, enter your login credentials over there and the mailbox will open

Second way - Add the mailbox onto your mailbox as a secondary mailbox and access users inbox
