create ISA access rule.

allow traffic
port 80
port 443
outside address/network
inside address
all users

Have you looked into creating a listener? Or allowing the ISA wizard to publish your OWA for you and then modify what the wizard puts together?

im already published my exchange via exchange publish wizard , but owa virtual directory in CAS servers configured as basic authentication so external users when typing https://mail.mydomain.com they promoted to the ISA FBA but internal users will be promoted to an authentication box asking about username and password .

i want both external and internal users to be promoted for Form Based Authentication , thats why im asking for publishing exchange Form Based Authentication instead of ISA Form Based Authentication.

Thanks

Right.
So just do an access rule with 80 and 443 going straight to the Exchange CAS.
