Have a look at the properties of the SBS Applications Site, and see what port numbers and IP addresses are configured, and if there is a host header name configured.
All the OWA sites are in the IIS site calles "SBS Web Applications" which is listening on: *:80:Sites remote.domain.com port 80 all IPs https port 443 all IPs
This is the same config as other SBS 2008 servers.
Only one HTTP Response header is configured. This is a default one: X-Powered-By - ASP.NET
I just installed Service Pack 2 for Windows Server 2008 It looks like it did the trick. I will do some more testing and post a reply in case someone runs into the same bizzare problem.
