Hi guys , we've got some security issues and rather than simply blocking all mails to and from a domain i'd like to see what is going on.

Is there anyway of setting a rule to copy any email going out of our exchange 2007 box to a certain domain to another mail box so I can see what is being said ??

Any help would be much appreciated , I've got a rule doing it for incoming mail but its not going to tell me who's forwarding sales figures.

Cheers

Andy

Perhaps you can use the transport rules for this?

You could also setup a rule to check the contents of the message and if it contains xyz or a pattern of characters you can then CC another mailbox.

Look in the transport rules; you should find what you need there.
