Hi All,

We are having a problem connecting on client who uses exchange 2007 with their iPhones, we have other clients using the same infrastructure and they work fine.

We have uninstalled IIS and still the problem persists.

OWA works fine its just the Iphones?

Is there anyother setting we need to check?

On the iPhone we get to the stage of adding the account, email address, password etc, then it asks for the remote server, we put that in and then it says accept the verification, we do that then the sync fails?

Any ideas?

Thanks
R

Hi Mark,

The Iphone is a 3G.

We are using Exchange Active Sync

Not sure about trusted certificates, how do I check this?

Thanks

You know whether you bought and configured a cert or whether you used the internal  one. What did you do?

Can you look at: http://www.tipb.com/2008/07/13/walkthrough-exchange-activesync-on-your-iphone-20/ and also the EDG (linked at comment 5)

are you using ISA Server ? if yes, you need for starters copy your internal CAS certificate from exchange to the ISA server, then your ISA server will redirect requests to your CAS Server.
