Im not sure how to do this, or if it's possible. I have Two Servers in a Failover cluster running a single Mailbox role. Is there I can another Mailbox Role to my passive making it active/active? The CA and HT are on a separate server.

Are you running CCR or SCR clustering?

SCR

You cant... SCR's DEFINETLY (and I think CCR as well) cannot host any role but mailbox...

If it is SCR then you can assign the storagegroup to the target server i.e.

And run enable-storagegroupcopy -id servername\storagegroupname -standbymachine targetservername

If that is what you are talking about.

I want to add another mailbox instance. Having Mailbox1 running on server1 and Mailbox2 running on server2. Is there a way to add it? I tried to install Exchange Mailbox again and it's grayed out in the GUI install.

Are you trying to install mailbox role again on the same server?

If you are trying to install Exchange again on the same box like SQL then you cannot do that. You will need to install Exchange on another server.

So, if I add another server to the Cluster, Create the new Mailbox, then remove the server, would that work??

Admittedly this is from a SCC perspective.
But as I understand it all clusters must include at least 1 passive node. So no you cannot.
MS also recommedn that for each active node you have 1 passive. The reason is you cannot, in SCC definitely and I believe for other clusters as well, fail a CMS to an Active node.
