I need some help configuring exchange server 2003 to download all company contacts to each oulook 2003 user local contacts.

I have not been able to set up this feature and it is urgent that I configure the exchange server to download all address book locally to each outlook user (local address book0

can anyone provide a step by step configuration on what needs to be done to be able to complete this. I have read post about configuring public folders or so but I am unable to get it done. please help.

The OAB is automatically downloaded to Outlook clients running in cache mode.

Well, it is not downloading all emails accounts from the server locally to my outlook account.

Any ideas?

Check your server's Application Log to see if there are errors regarding the OAB. Download and run the Best Practices Analyzer.
