We are having shortage of CAL licenses at the moment and the consequence is that not all users can connect to the exchange server at the same time. My request now is, how can I forcefully disconnect a user from accessing the Exchange server for some period of time so that a higher manager can have access to the server.

I know that the lasting solution is to get more CAL licenses but in the meantime, please I need a work around solution.

I am relying on your priceless advice please.

Forcibly disconnecting someone else is not the answer.  As you've deduced, the answer is to obtain more CALs.  The person you need to tell that to - is that higher manager that can't get in!  Have that person solve the problem or live with the problem.  This is the perfect opportunity to get it done.
