Hi,

we are doing a new instalation of Exchange 2010 on 2007 enviroment, and we are getting an error message: An IIS entry couldn't be created the error message is Access is denied HResult=2147024891 it was running the command Get-OwaVirtualDirectory. we already add Exchange Trusted Subsystem to each Exchange 2007 server Local Users and Group and also under Server Configuration, Client Access, tab Outlook Web Access, Exchange ActiveSync and Offline-Address Book Distribution are empty.

Any ideas

Thanks a lot
Lee

Hi,

Open a command prompt using the run as adminsitrator option. Then start the setup.com and perform the same steps you performed earlier and check if this works.
