NoDramas -> Reinstall of Exchange 2010 Fails - "The parameter 'preparead' cannot have a value" (17.Mar.2010 7:12:25 PM)

Hi Guys,
One of my engineers installed Exchange 2010 and in our Staging environment and put the wrong Exchange Org name (a new one).
He Followed the instructions from here to try and remove Exchange 2010:

When we try and run a setup /PrepareAD we are now getting the following error:
