First of all, I have to tell you that I do think autodiscover is the source of my problem, but let me tell you how all started.

I have a Windows 7 PC with Outlook 2007 connected to Exchange 2007.
The main problem is that I'm not able to add a new appointment when connected from outside the company network (through Outlook Anywhere).
On Vist, everything works perfectly.

I finally noticed that, when doing the autodiscover test (from within the company network), I get these messages in the log tab:
Attempting URL https://mail.domain.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml found through SCP
Autodiscover to https://mail.domain.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml starting
Autodiscover to https://mail.domain.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml FAILED (0x800710DD)

On Vista, this is the point where I receive a succeeded message.
I can access https://mail.domain.com/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml through the browser.
