In our exchange 2007 server found one warning in event log with ID 12017 and 12018 mentioning as shown below.

The STARTTLS certificate will expire soon: subject: domainA.local, hours remaining: 6AE4869AF504DDA5459E3F2AE5C5EF16588E73B0. Run the New-ExchangeCertificate cmdlet to create a new certificate.

This is first time that I face and any advice? Thanks.

The certificate here in question is a self signed certificate. Self signed certficate is introduced in Exchange 2007 onwards, which has a validity of 1 year. This certificate has to be renewed every year.. As mentioned in the query you have to use the  New-ExchangeCertificate  CMDLET  to renew the certificate.
