Hi,

I have a supplier who never been able to send us email.  NDR from their server indicates TLS not available: connect failed: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0)
This means that their SMTP server is connected to our SMTP server. At the time of the connection, our SMTP server has indicated that it is able to communicate in SSL/TLS (create a coding tunnel). The connection went through in SSL/TLS but our SMTP server hasn't been able to manage this connection correctly. This is maybe due to the fact that the SSL certificate on our SMTP server is not correctly installed or has wrong rights.
How could I correct the situation?  How do I stop my server to indicate that it is able to communicate in SSL/TLS?
