I have a user that I want all incoming and outgoing messages to be forwarded/copied to their supervisor. I did this in Ex2k3, though I can't remember how. Now that we're on Ex2k10, I can't seem to figure out how to do it.
Any advice?

Ok, to make sure I understand it right . . . I do the following:
OrgConfig > Hub Transport > Journal Rules
Give it a rule name - in this case "John Adams Probation" for example
Browse to the recipient - in this case the mail box for John Adams' boss
Select "Global" for all messages
Select "Journal Messages for recpt" and select John Adams' mailbox
Select Enable Rule
That should then send all of John's incoming and outgoing mail to his supervisor? I tested with a dummy account and it seemed to work but I wanted to make sure I had it right before going "live".

I wouldn't do it quite like that. Create a new mailbox called something innocuous ("Archive Box 101" perhaps) and journal the person into that mailbox. Give the manager "Full Access Permissions" on it. You will see that as a menu option when you create the mailbox so it's a couple of clicks, nothing drastic.
Filling the managers mailbox with another persons traffic isn't going to please the manager very much.

That had actually occurred to me AFTER I sent it out . . . sleep . . . lack of . . . yada . . .
Thanks again . . . know any good articles on decom'ing the Ex2k3 box now that Ex2k10 seems to be working?

Yeah. It's the act of getting rid of the 2003 box that's key. The 2007 interaction is with send/rx connectors and is very similar.
