I have had 2 HTC HD2 phones. With both phones, I have tried to access my company e-mail by "Active Sync" using the OWA addrss the company provided. I can initailly get in..view the my e-mails, but in approx. 5-6 minutes my phone is "frozen"...kicked off the server...and the phone is "kaput". I get a dial-pad and a message that reads: "Emergency calls can be made". In order to get the phone back to being able to use, I have to master-reset the phone. This has happened with both HD2 phones. I have replaced the SIM card and between T-Mobile and HTC we have done about everything we know to do. I don't think it is a phone isuue but a software issue. I have checked with our company's IT department and they have no clue either! This ONLY happens when I access my work server which is an https://OWA.xxxx.xxx address.

I am at a loss. My companies server requires a Windows system phone, hence my purchase of the HD2 phone, which is a cool phone, for sure. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on?
