Outlook Error: Cannot save free/busy information

Dear expert,

One of our user experience with this problem. Each appointment that receive, he will get the prompt notification that indicate cannot save free/busy information. I've tried many solution such as at command prompt by using outlook /resetfolders and outlook /cleanfreebusy ... I also have tried to recreate outlook profile but it still doesn't resolve the problem. Need your help on this. Tq

Look at your Application Log for any errors at that time. Since you didn't include the text of the error message the user sees, I'd suggest you use your favorite search engine to look it up.
