[I didn't mean to put this in the 2010 section... Sorry...]

Hello,

I'm a computer guy... I have a client, they are a security company. Right now they use a hosting provider for basic pop3 email but they do have a server in house and I thought maybe exchange server would be the next logical upgrade for them since they would benefit greatly from the shared calendar abilities for scheduling.

What they are looking to do, which prompted this upgrade talk, is to monitor their company emails, apparently they have been having some issues with employees sending wrong information to clients and they are looking for a way to protect their clients as well as themselves... The current email system doesn't really have this ability and I was thinking that Exchange might be able to copy emails to another mailbox or something like that so that should an issue arise someone could go in and see the email correspondence between their clients and employees.

Is this possible?

Let me know,
Thanks,
Dave M
