Power shell is NOT your friend for this. Use the console to change it. The people that installed/setup our Exchange server sent those same reports to me saying it was unlimited. I sent them a screenshot of the console showing them it was not. I changed it in the console and was finally able to send emails over 10M.

After further update I was able to send emails larger than 10MB through Outlook 2007 and OWA, so the issue that I have is with the Mac clients which are using Apple Mail. The Apple Mail clint is the one with the 10MB limit. Could it be that Exchange 2007 message limit only applies to PCs, is there a special configuration for the Macs? Any Mac expert?

If the Mac clients are using IMAP or POP to connect, those limits are applied seperately on the Client Receive Connector.

The Mac clients are using the Apple Mail via Exchange (nor imap or pop) the mail clients were setup through the Autodiscover process. Transporconfig is the global seeting that overrides everything and shown all receive/send connectors are set to a 50MB limit so why the Apple mail client are been prevented to pass the 10MB size limit?

Well Paul you hit the nail, it seems that your suggestion worked. I made the changes listed on that document and the one that was still with the 10MB size limit was the Sync...oh well. But just a little correction for SBS Windows 2008, it doesn't use the "Default Web Site" it uses instead the " SBS Applications Site" that was the only correction to the syntax. Now I can send/receive large attachments from my Mac mail clients as well !!! Thank you very much Paul !

Maybe I talked too soon? but the 15 MB email that I sent from the Mac client came back after a few hours with a delayed response from Exchange. Before those changes the Mac mail client wouldn't even relay the emails, immediately I would get an error from SMTP, but after those changes, now I get: Delivery is delayed to these recipients or distribution lists: email@yahoo.com Subject: test This message has not yet been delivered. Microsoft Exchange will continue to try delivering the message on your behalf. Delivery of this message will be attempted until 5/20/2010 11:36:28 AM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). Microsoft Exchange will notify you if the message can't be delivered by that time. So still can't send large attachment emails from the Mac mail clients. HELP PLEASE !!!

You're going to have to dig deeper into your message tracking and protocol logs to see about that. Exchange is accepting the message but it looks like either the Send Connector for your org is having problems with the message, or Yahoo is not accepting it for some reason.
